I have been contacted by the Pioneer Financial Group, LLC in Massapequa, NY. They say they have a buyer for my timeshare, sent me a contract, claim to have received a 25% deposit from the buyer and are looking for me to send them $1983 to cover broker fees, documentation, title search etc. Has anyone worked with them successfully? I can't find any complaints about them or any information at all. The Better Business Bureau up in New York told me they were getting lots of calls about them but no complaints.
The price they offered me is VERY tempting. Is this a SCAM?
