Plantar Fasciitis Sufferers FYI

I've had this problem for quite sometime...U get outta bed and ur heels / heel hurts like crazy..We were flying home from FL this past October and I happened to read "Skymall"...There were items for sale to deal w/ Plantar Fasciitis.....When I got home, I surfed the net....Decided to buy Freedom Dorsal night splint...Used it every night for about 6-8 weeks....It worked...Today was my first day of walking for 1 hour; which I've always done b4 this happened....Wow; No Pain....
