Renting out last night of week stay

I am working out a rental for the last night of my unit's week. The resort has no way of distinguishing it from my week so the renter's name will be added and I will pay for full housekeeping before renters "check in". This is my first time renting. Has anyone done this (renting only part of a week), and can share their experience/insights?



Also as for the deposit, can that be charged to paypal? Can the refund be done through paypal too?
