Platinum CLUB WYNDHAM Owner If the warm air and sunshine aren't signs enough that summer is finally here, the kick off of several events and programs in the past few months have raised the level of excitement for summer travel. From the Annual Owner Meeting to new resort openings to an internal exchange program, it's never been a better time to be part of the CLUB WYNDHAM family.
During this year's Annual Owner Meeting held in May, I had the opportunity to introduce WYNDHAM Club Pass℠ — our new internal exchange program. To say that this program will change the way you travel, is an understatement. To highlight the many resort offerings now made available through this program, an owner-exclusive Dream Book has been created to showcase our beautiful resorts and destinations. The incredible imagery in this coffee table book will stimulate you to dream bigger to vacation like never before. If you haven't already, you can add your name to the Dream Book priority list so that you will be one of the first contacted when it becomes available for purchase later this year.
With more than 600 owners in attendance at the Annual Owner Meeting, nearly half being first time attendees, it was a great event for all who participated. To see such camaraderie among our owners — from sharing favorite memories and resort picks to attending owner education sessions and feasting on great food — was inspiring for everyone involved. A mark of the event's success was learning that 90 percent said they came away from the meeting learning something new. Whether you attend an owner meeting or take part in a webinar online, we will continue to explore ways to help you maximize your ownership and are committed to providing resources and tools that are most convenient for you.
We pride ourselves on being responsive to your needs and now, more than ever, we must be able to look around the corner and offer products and services that you want today and need in the future. During our grand opening celebration at Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront, I had an opportunity to speak with several of our VIP members who were either staying at the resort or lived nearby. And what became apparent to me was that they all had a sense of pride in being a CLUB WYNDHAM owner. Owners felt their voice had been heard and they could now stay in a great city with accommodations second to none. For me it's all about listening to you, our valued owners, and making your wish list our reality.
